Connection Communications provides Design, Consulting, and Project Management services to support a complete turnkey solution for your network environment. Our job is to understand what you really want in quality, future growth, and functionality. We work with senior personnel for vision and concept and then integrate with your IT team to ensure the design,  layout, and installed products are functional and ergonomically on target.

Connection Communications looks beyond just the technology deployment and cabled infrastructure. We also work with your Facilities department to ensure that room layouts, cooling (HVAC) electrical systems (MEP), security, and monitoring are addressed correctly and built aesthetically acceptable.

Campus Project Experience:

  • Global cabling standards development for all Google's building communications rooms (MDF & IDF's). Designs were implemented nationally & internationally (EU, EMEA, No & So Americas). Systems network equipment deployments for 35 buildings.

  • Complete cabling infrastructure design for Pixar Animation’s campus facility in Richmond, Ca. (four buildings). Complete data center M&E and cabling design for the new Emeryville, Ca. Campus (sixteen acres).

  • Campus build-out for Granite Construction Co. Includes redesign and retrofit of the main data center, new PBX selection/coordination, and all user wiring services. Four buildings completed to date.

  • Designed the main data center for Applied Material in Sunnyvale Ca. Design included architectural layout, electrical & HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, and all cabling infrastructure.

  • Design, installation, and project management services for Aspect Telecommunications. Build-out of new and temporary main data centers, training facilities, test labs, underground conduits systems, and three major building retrofits.

  • Consultant to the Borland Project in Scotts Valley , Ca. Provided consultation for Server Room & IDF layouts, main data center, UPS/electrical requirements, and logical connectivity plan.

  • Cabling systems and data center design for all NeXT Computers buildings in Redwood City , Ca.    (four buildings).

  • Designed and cabled approximately 100 independent stand alone buildings


International Experience: We have worked extensively in Asia and Europe coordinating building communications infrastructure installations (cabling, MEP, layout, service providers). Yes, we travel, too !!
